Vitamins, supplements and minerals are important to maintain your health AND your hair’s health! I’m not really sure exactly which vitamins, supplements or minerals work for women, so for now I only included iron. A general supplement probably will help (with B vitamins) but be careful not to take too much Vitamin A – it causes hair loss! You can also check out the section on vitamins and minerals for men. I want to research and see if they really help women before I put them here.
