Vitamins and Supplements

Vitamins, supplements and minerals are important to maintain your health AND your hair’s health!  I’m not really sure exactly which vitamins, supplements or minerals work for women, so for now I only included iron.  A general supplement probably will help (with B vitamins) but be careful not to take too much Vitamin A – it causes hair loss!
